Who runs this site
This site is operated for Michael Akindolire, a registered real estate salesperson with Right at Home Realty, brokerage, and a member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). OMGSystems Inc. provides the technology. When you request a valuation or view listing or sold information here, you are dealing with Michael and his brokerage.
Agreeing to these terms
By ticking "I agree to the Terms of Use" and sending a request, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not send the form or use the listing and sold information on this site.
Why we ask you to sign up
Some of the information we use, such as recent sold prices, comes from the MLS® System and may only be shared with people who have registered with a real estate professional. Giving your name and email and agreeing to these terms is that registration. It creates a relationship between you and Michael's brokerage for the purpose of helping you buy, sell or understand the value of a home.
Your own use only
You confirm you have a genuine interest in buying, selling or leasing property like the property you are asking about. You may use the information we give you for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to copy, resell, republish, or share it in bulk, and not to use any automated tool to collect it.
Who owns the data
Listing and sold data is owned by TRREB and its members and is provided under licence. It is shown to you on that basis and remains their property.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep the information correct, but it comes from many sources and is not guaranteed. A valuation is an estimate based on market data, not an appraisal. Please confirm anything important before you rely on it, for example with Michael directly or with a licensed appraiser.
Your information
How we collect, use and protect your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy at /privacy. The contact consent on the valuation form is separate from these terms, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date below. We keep a record of which version you agreed to.
