What the limits actually mean
- A market is a town or city.
- Sending Whitby uses one of your markets for that month. Sending Whitby again later in the same month is free, it is the same market. The count resets on the 1st.
- A send is one campaign to your list.
- A monthly report is one send. A rate alert is another. Previewing to yourself is never a send and never uses a market.
- Contacts are not capped, but volume is.
- Every plan is limited to 3,000 emails in any rolling 30 days, and 500 in your first month while your sending reputation is established. This one protects the shared address we all send from, so it is the same on every plan, whatever you pay.
- Reaching a limit stops that send, nothing else.
- We tell you which limit you reached, what you have used, and when it resets. Your account, contacts and brand are untouched, and you can always send a market you have already covered this month.
