Clarington Prices Drop 3.8%: Buyers Gain Ground in Sep 2026
Clarington home prices dropped 3.8% from August to September 2026. The average sale price hit $769,954. Homes took 75 days to sell on average. That is more than two months on the market. Sellers are under real pressure right now. More listings came in too, with 373 new homes added in September alone.
Sellers accepted about 99 cents for every dollar they asked. That means buyers have real room to negotiate. Six months ago in April, homes took 89 days to sell. The market has sped up a little but still favors you. If you are ready to buy, this is one of the better windows you have seen in years.
