Aurora Home Prices Drop 12.8%, Buyers Gain Ground
Aurora home prices dropped 12.8% from August to September 2026. The average sale price is now $1.10 million. Homes are taking 91 days to sell on average. That means sellers are waiting a long time. Buyers have time to think, compare, and ask for a better deal.
Sellers accepted about 97.6 cents for every dollar they asked. That gap, called the list-to-sale ratio, tells you sellers are flexible. Only 65 homes sold in September while 197 new listings hit the market. More supply and fewer buyers means you have real options right now.
